How can I purchase an extension?
At the moment, you can only purchase as plans/bundles, the extensions are not being sold separately. Here is our pricing list and there you can see the extension included in each plan.
How can I download multiple files at a time?
Unfortunately Download Monitor does not have such an option yet.It is on our list for a future enhancement.
In the meantime, you can upload them all into a zip and then use that zip file as the file URL.
License explanation recurring
Each license we sell is valid for a period of twelve months. During that time, you will have access to updates and support for the product. A renewal of your license extends the access that you have to these updates and support by another twelve months. This will help ensure compatibility with newer versions of WordPress, as well as potential new features and enhancements to the product itself. If the subscription is allowed to lapse you will still be able to use the product.
You will, however, lose the following:
* Ability to download any version of the product
* Support for the product – if you run into an issue, you will not have access to our support team
* Updates and any new features added
If you go too long without renewing your subscription and updating the product, you may experience compatibility issues.
Do you have a demo site/trial verison?
Unfortunately, we do not a demo website and we do not offer trial versions. However, you can purchase one of our plans and in the unlikely event that Download Monitor just isn’t for you, let us know and we’ll give you a full refund within the first 14 days of your purchase.
