# Download Monitor Update

Greetings and salutations, we have a new version of Download Monitor fresh out of the oven.

##### What we have been cooking

Here is a quick look at what is included in this release:
\- **Folder View** for Document Library Manager
\- **Bundle Downloads** in Document Library Manager
\- a **direct Mailchimp integration** between Download Monitor and Mailchimp
\- various **quality-of-life improvements** across the product

##### Folder View for Document Library Manager

**Document Library Manager** is one of the leading features available in Download Monitor. Until now, you could only use a table or grid view for listing downloads.
With this release, we are taking things one step further, allowing you to also display your downloads in a folder-like structure.

##### Bundle Downloads in Document Library Manager

We are also adding **Bundle Downloads** support to **Document Library Manager**.
This makes it easier to download the files you are interested in together, all at once, instead of asking users to download everything one by one.

**Bundle Downloads are only available for files that do not have a lock enabled.**

So while this feature makes grouped downloads much more convenient, it is currently best suited to open download flows rather than locked ones.
For public resource libraries and non-gated download collections, though, this should be a very useful addition.

##### A Simpler Mailchimp Integration

Mailchimp setup is also getting easier in this release.
Download Monitor now connects **directly with Mailchimp**, which makes the integration more straightforward to configure and easier to maintain.
That matters because email-connected download workflows are useful, but they are also one of the places where setup friction tends to show up first.

\- a cleaner setup process
\- fewer moving parts
\- less friction during configuration
\- an easier path for teams using downloads as part of lead capture or email list growth

It is not the flashiest update in the release, but it is the kind of improvement that saves time and removes friction where people feel it most.

##### Quality-of-Life Improvements Across the Product

Alongside the bigger additions, this release also includes a range of smaller quality-of-life improvements.
These are the kinds of changes that often do not need a big headline, but they still matter.
When a product feels easier to work with day to day, it is usually because of a lot of smaller improvements working together.

##### Final Thoughts

We are happy with how this release improves both the feature set and the day-to-day experience around it.
If you use Document Library Manager, Folder View and Bundle Downloads should give you more flexibility in how you present and deliver files.
The new direct integration between Mailchimp and Download Monitor should make setup noticeably simpler.
If you have not updated yet, the time is now.
